Sandlapper: The Magazine of South Carolina was a monthly magazine focused on South Carolina that ran from January 1968 to 1983 and from 1989 to 2011. This article tells the history of the founder of the Ashe Brick Company, William Ashe, and the history of the company up until the mid-70’s when it’s operation was continued by family descendants, the Moores.
